Helper Staff

Helper Staff Duties Details:

  • Job Timing: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (8 hours)
  • Salary: $35 per hour
  • job days: monday to friday
  1. Assisting Production Staff: Assist production staff with various tasks, such as material handling, packaging, and labeling.
  2. Material Management: Receive, store, and transport materials, such as raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  3. Packaging Support: Support packaging operations, including labeling, cartoning, and bottling.
  4. Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment in production and packaging areas.
  5. Equipment Operation: Assist with the operation of equipment, such as conveyor belts, labelers, and cartoners.
  6. Quality Control: Assist with quality control activities, such as inspecting products for defects or damage.
  7. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, such as counting and tracking inventory levels.
  8. Supply Chain Support: Support supply chain activities, such as receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  9. GMP Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines to ensure a clean and controlled environment.
  10. Safety Procedures: Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  11. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production and packaging operations.
  12. Documentation: Maintain records of activities, such as production, packaging, and inventory management.
  13. Adherence to Procedures: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, packaging, and quality control.
  1. Attention to Detail: Pay attention to detail to ensure products are accurately labeled, packaged, and shipped.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production and packaging efficiency and effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with new products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Report any issues or concerns related to production, packaging, or quality control to supervisors or quality control personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
