Packing Staff

Packing Staff Duties Details:

  • Job Timing: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (8 hours)
  • Salary: $35 per hour
  • job days: monday to saturday
  1. Packaging Operations: Prepare and package pharmaceutical products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
  2. Product Handling: Handle products with care to prevent damage or contamination during packaging.
  3. Labeling and Serialization: Apply labels and serialize products according to regulatory requirements and company procedures.
  4. Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  5. Packaging Material Management: Manage packaging materials, such as bottles, labels, and cartons, to ensure sufficient supplies.
  6. Machine Operation: Operate packaging machinery, such as bottling lines, labeling machines, and cartoners.
  7. Line Clearing: Perform line clearing procedures to ensure that all products and materials are removed from the packaging line before starting a new batch.
  8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packaging operations, including batch records and packaging logs.
  9. GMP Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines to ensure a clean and controlled environment.
  10. Safety Procedures: Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries during packaging operations.
  11. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient packaging operations.
  12. Product Identification: Verify product identity and ensure that the correct products are packaged and labeled.
  13. Packaging Line Setup: Set up packaging lines according to product requirements and SOPs.
  14. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot packaging equipment and processes to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
  1. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging efficiency and quality.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with new products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Report any deviations or issues to supervisors or quality control personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
