Sweeper Operator

Sweeper Operator Duties Details:

  • Job Timing: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12 hours)
  • Salary: $35 per hour
  • job days: monday to saturday
  1. Cleaning and Sanitation: Operate sweeping equipment to maintain a clean and sanitized environment in production and packaging areas.
  2. Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain sweeping equipment, following manufacturer instructions and company procedures.
  3. Area Cleaning: Clean and sanitize floors, walls, and equipment in designated areas, including production rooms, corridors, and storage areas.
  4. Waste Disposal: Dispose of waste and cleaning materials according to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  5. GMP Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines to ensure a clean and controlled environment.
  6. Safety Procedures: Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries while operating sweeping equipment.
  7. Area Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  8. Cleaning Schedules: Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure timely and effective cleaning.
  9. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on sweeping equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
  10. Supply Management: Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
  11. Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure cleaning and sanitation activities support production and quality goals.
  12. Documentation: Maintain records of cleaning and sanitation activities, as required by company procedures or regulatory agencies.
  13. Adherence to Procedures: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and sanitation.
  14. Attention to Detail: Pay attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly.
  1. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cleaning and sanitation efficiency and effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with new cleaning procedures, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
  • Report any issues or concerns related to cleaning and sanitation to supervisors or quality control personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
