Sweeper Operator Duties Details:
- Job Timing: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12 hours)
- Salary: $35 per hour
- job days: monday to saturday
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Operate sweeping equipment to maintain a clean and sanitized environment in production and packaging areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain sweeping equipment, following manufacturer instructions and company procedures.
- Area Cleaning: Clean and sanitize floors, walls, and equipment in designated areas, including production rooms, corridors, and storage areas.
- Waste Disposal: Dispose of waste and cleaning materials according to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- GMP Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines to ensure a clean and controlled environment.
- Safety Procedures: Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries while operating sweeping equipment.
- Area Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Cleaning Schedules: Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure timely and effective cleaning.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on sweeping equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
- Supply Management: Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure cleaning and sanitation activities support production and quality goals.
- Documentation: Maintain records of cleaning and sanitation activities, as required by company procedures or regulatory agencies.
- Adherence to Procedures: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and sanitation.
- Attention to Detail: Pay attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cleaning and sanitation efficiency and effectiveness.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with new cleaning procedures, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
- Report any issues or concerns related to cleaning and sanitation to supervisors or quality control personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
